Location: The Miracle Mile neighborhood is located just East of the Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhoods and just West of the upscale Hancock Park area. Boasting a stylish, affluent vibe, this neighborhood originally sprung up in the 1920s with the goal of becoming a lively melting pot of a shopping district. Today, this neighborhood continues to develop as one of Los Angeles’ main hub for many varied businesses and entertainment venues. Guest will find a colorful mix of architectural styles and countless unique boutiques, cafes, restaurants and small businesses. With three major mall complexes and movie theaters nearby, as well as the infamous Sunset Strip and the bustling Cahuenga nightlife corridor, finding entertainment will never be a problem.
Entertainment professionals will find easy access to all the film and television studios (and casting offices) and will also be living just minutes from the Grove shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street. The expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard are just minutes away, with some even within walking distance for those wanting to experience some of the sights and sounds of Los Angeles on foot. Parking info: Two parking spots will be reserved for our guests in the gated garage and plenty of free street parking is available on the neighboring streets. Please be sure to check the street parking signs for day and time restrictions.

Sights nearby: Located in the heart of the Miracle Mile neighborhood, guests will have many options when it comes to sightseeing or entertainment. For museum and history lovers, the LACMA and the adjacent La Brea Tar Pits are a perfect place to begin. Shoppers will appreciate The Grove mall and entertainment complex, Melrose Strip (perfect for young, trendy shoppers), the boutiques of Robertson Blvd. or the holy grail of shopping, Rodeo Drive. For nightlife enthusiasts, the infamous culture of the Sunset Strip is just fifteen minutes away and the bustling bars and cafes on Hollywood Boulevard or Cahuenga Blvd are a sure bet for a fun evening.

The Kodak Theater, Petersen Automotive Museum, The 3rd Street Farmers Market and major studios including Paramount, Warner Bros. and Universal Studios are all just minutes away as well. Not to be outdone, the sunny rooftop patio of our building provides a spectacular view of the majestic mountains surrounding LA, the Hollywood Hills and the Hollywood sign as well as Downtown LA. This relaxing at-home hideaway features a sparkling pool and well maintained Jacuzzi and is perfect for tanning, relaxing or just taking in the city’s vibe while daydreaming away a lazy afternoon.

How to get there: As you are leaving the LAX airport arrival area, head towards Century Blvd East. Merge onto Century Blvd East and look for the upcoming 405 freeway overpass ahead. Stay right and drive under the 405 freeway and immediately take the entrance ramp onto the 405 North freeway. Next, merge onto the 10 East freeway. From the 10 East, Take the La Brea exit, heading North, and drive about 5-10 minutes. After you pass Wilshire Blvd, make a left onto Fourth Street. The building will be just ahead on your left.
