Location: The Miracle Mile district, home to OMG.travelÂs newest and finest Los Angeles rental properties, is often referred to as a Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhood in real estate listings. The neighborhood first developed in the 1920Âs as a car-friendly shopping area  surely a cutting-edge concept in those times! It has now blossomed into a true urban melting pot and is dotted with a wonderful mix of architectural styles, businesses and entertainment venues. This area has seen a great deal of modernizing and recently redevelopments, once again defining it as an affluent Los Angeles hub. The newly developed ÂThe Grove shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street now complement the historic 3rd Street FarmerÂs Market and several museums along Wilshire Boulevard have seen some outstanding expansions. The building is located just four blocks North of Wilshire, about a block West of La Brea Avenue. Parking info: Two parking spots are reserved for guests in the garage. For additional parking, there is free street parking to be found on the neighboring side streets. When parking on the street, please be sure to check the parking signs for any restrictions.
Sights nearby: The immediate neighborhood around the building, known as the Miracle Mile Distrit, offers up countless gems that would satisfy anyoneÂs need for art, culture and adventure. Just a few minutes from the building, guests will find the superb LACMA museum, La Brea Tar Pits, the Petersen Automotive Museum and The Grove shopping and entertainment complex and the 3rd Street Farmers Market. A few minutes into Hollywood, trendy shoppers will find the colorful Melrose shopping strip, the infamous Sunset Strip, the new Kodak Theater and Hollywood/Highland mall and the magnificent GraumanÂs Chinese movie theater. All the major film studios such as Paramount, Warner Brothers and Universal Studios (including Universal Studios Theme Park and Universal City Walk) are only a short drive away on the major avenues that run right near the building.

How to get there: After leaving the airport terminals, follow the signs to Century Blvd East. Merge onto Century Blvd East. Stay right and take the entrance ramp onto the 405 North after passing underneath the freeway overpass. Take the 405 North and merge onto the I-10 East. Take the La Brea exit, heading North, and drive about 5-10 minutes. After you pass Wilshire Blvd, make a left onto Fourth Street. The building will be ahead, on the left, at the very next intersection.
