Location: Stylish, affluent and centrally located, the Miracle Mile neighborhood is located just East of the Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhoods and just West of the ritzy Hancock Park area. Created in the 1920s with the goal of becoming a lively, car-friendly shopping district, this neighborhood continues to develop as a main Los Angeles hub for many varied businesses. A true melting pot, this area features a colorful mix are architectural styles and is dotted with countless excellent boutiques, cafes, restaurants and small businesses. With three major mall complexes and movie theaters nearby, as well as the nearby Sunset Strip and the Cahuenga nightlife corridor, staying entertained will never be a problem for our guests.
Guests will not only find easy access to all the film and television studios (and casting offices), they will also be just minutes from the Grove shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street and the expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard. Parking info: Two tandem parking spots are available in the gated garage (cars and small/medium SUVs only please) and plenty of free or metered street parking can be found on the neighboring streets. Please be sure to check the street parking signs for day and time restrictions (parking tickets are just simply no fun at all!). For larger SUVs or Vans, there is an inexpensive pay parking lot directly across the street.
Sights nearby: A view of the majestic mountains surrounding LA, the Hollywood Hills and the Hollywood sign as well as Downtown LA will greet our guests as they step foot out into the sunny rooftop deck of the building. Featuring a sparkling Jacuzzi, this rooftop hideaway is perfect for tanning, relaxing or just taking in the cityÂs vibe while daydreaming away a lazy afternoon.
Nearby attractions include the rotating exhibitions at the LACMA, the La Brea Tar Pits, The Grove mall and entertainment complex, Melrose Strip (perfect for young, trendy shoppers), the infamous nightlife of the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Boulevard and the Kodak Theater, Petersen Automotive Museum, The 3rd Street Farmers Market and major studios including Paramount, Warner Bros. and Universal Studios.
How to get there: As you are leaving the LAX airport arrival area, head towards Century Blvd East. Merge onto Century Blvd East and look for the upcoming 405 freeway overpass ahead. Stay right and drive under the 405 freeway and immediately take the entrance ramp onto the 405 North freeway. Merge onto the 10 East freeway next. From the 10 East, Take the La Brea exit, heading North, and drive about 5-10 minutes. At Wilshire Blvd, make a left and then an immediate right onto Detroit Street (you'll see a Starbucks on the corner). The building will be just ahead on your left.
