Location: The Miracle Mile district, often referred to as “Beverly Hills adjacent” in real estate papers, was created in the 1920s as a car-friendly shopping area. This neighborhood, like much of LA, is truly an urban melting pot and is peppered with a mix of architectural styles and colorful neighborhoods. This recently redeveloped Los Angeles hub includes brand new "The Grove" shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street, which also features the famous 3rd Street Farmer’s Market. There are expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard, most notably the LACMA, as well as an enormous amount of dining and shopping options nearby.
This prime, central location allows easy access to every area in Los Angeles as well as to all the major freeways. Proximity to the major film/TV studios and most casting offices make it a the perfect choice for actors and artists/technicians in town during pilot season for their auditions or during an extended shoot.
While the building is right off the bustling La Brea Avenue, it is a sheltered block away on a quiet corner with no through traffic, allowing guests to remain close to the action of a bustling city yet still maintain a serene home environment.
As an added bonus to those who enjoy exploring on foot or just like to wander out for a good cup of coffee, there are countless restaurants, cafes and markets within walking distance of the building. Getting to the very best in Los Angeles hotspots is just a matter of taking a short drive, as most attractions and nightlife areas are only 10-15 minutes away by car. furnished apartments in Los Angeles

Families will enjoy being close to Universal City Walk and the neighboring Universal Studios Theme Park and entertainment professionals are sure to appreciate the building’s proximity to the major production and casting offices in town.

How to get there: After departing the terminal areas of LAX, take Century Blvd to the 405 North entrance and merge onto the freeway. Then, merge onto the I-10 West.
