Location: The Miracle Mile district, often referred to as “Beverly Hills adjacent” in real estate papers, was created in the 1920s as a car-friendly shopping area. It is truly an urban melting pot peppered with a mix of architectural styles and neighborhoods. This recently redeveloped Los Angeles hub includes The Grove shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street, which also features the famous Farmer’s Market, and expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard. This prime, central location allows easy access to every area in Los Angeles as well as all the major freeways. Proximity to the major film/TV studios and most casting offices make it a dream apartment for actors and artists/technicians in town during pilot season or a shoot.
While the building is right off of LaBrea Avenue, it is built on a quiet corner with no through traffic, allowing guests to remain close to the action of a bustling city yet still remain in a serene home environment.

Parking info: One parking spot for passenger cars or small SUV/Minivan is reserved for guests in the secure, gated garage. Plenty of metered street parking may be found on the neighboring Wilshire Ave. If you choose to park on the street, please be sure to check parking signs for restrictions. If you need more spots for additional vehicles, you may ask our regional manager about possibly available spots that our other guests may not be using, as we have several units for rent in the same building.
